Choosing your leather office chair

We offer leather office chairs to suit all budgets - whether you’re looking for a budget faux leather chair, a racing style chair or a premium genuine leather executive chair, we've got something in our range for you

What kind of leather chair do you need?

3 important questions to ask:

  • What are you using the chair for?
  • Are you sitting in a chair all day or using it intermittently?
  • Are you looking for real leather or faux office chairs?

If you’re in an office chair for 8 hours a day, you want something durable and long- lasting in terms of quality. Comfort is important, perhaps you need extra padding, headrests or lumbar support and the ability to adjust the chair to the optimum position for you.

Each chair has a unique set of features, some with all the bells and whistles, others with the basics such as seat height and back height adjustments. These are still suitable for most employees who don’t have any additional requirements.

Colour and design

Design and colour are key when updating your office. These will impact how visitors perceive your brand or company and is said to impact your employees in terms of mood and productivity.

Black leather office chairs

Black is a popular colour for leather office chairs, providing an elegant and luxurious touch to any office, depending on the style.

White and brown leather office chairs

Brown and white leather executive seats are growing in popularity. Brown leather offers a traditional look while white can evoke purity and cleanliness.

The leather look is available in less colour options than our mesh and fabric range, so if you’re looking for something colourful to brighten up the office browse our wider range.

How much support do you need?

Choose from high, medium or low back chairs depending on how much support you’d like. High back chairs are our most popular and offer full support for your back. If you require even more support, opt for a chair with an adjustable head rest to support your neck and head.

Types of leather

We offer office chairs in the following material within the leather range:

Real leather office chairs

A genuine leather chair is high quality and long lasting. Real leather is a lot more resistant to cracking, peeling or sagging as compared to faux leather. Unlike synthetic leather, real leather will also breathe to dissipate heat and moisture quickly, feeling less sticky. It’s extremely durable and even when it starts to look worn the leather simply gets more supple and adds to a vintage look.
