How to use a hand pallet truck
Operating a hand pallet truck is very easy and usually just involves the following steps:
- Firstly, you’ll need to push the pallet truck’s forks into a pallet’s fork openings.
- Usually you will just need to push down on the control lever and pump the handle in order to raise the loaded forks up from the ground.
- Move the control lever back to its neutral position.
- Push or pull the pallet truck to move the load towards its destination.
- Once you’ve reached the desired location for the pallets, pull its lever up to lower the forks back down.
- Put the lever back in its neutral position and pull the pallet truck out of the pallet’s fork openings.
