Fits between standard UK roof joists, making installation quick and straightforward.
A continuous seal wraps around the entire frame to give maximum protection from cold drafts blowing from the loft.
The seal and extra-thick wooden frame construction and a 33mm thick trapdoor help achieve a tested U-value of 1.11 W / m≤K.
An 18mm thick timber frame improves the insulation properties and stiffens the frame for a secure fit.
Includes a loft pole to enable easy opening, suitable for ceilings up to 2.8m.
The ladder section dimensions are 990 x 400 x 240mm.
When fitting the ladder sections into position, the x3 sections will sit securely on brackets 100mm off the loft hatch door. The overall height of the ladder sections will become 340mm.
Requires no headroom or storage space in the loft.
