The electronic catalogue

How does it work?

Through a catalogue, your users create a shopping basket with the products of their choice, which becomes a purchase request. This is then automatically integrated into your systems and follows the internal approval process before being transformed into a purchase order.

Hosted catalogue

Directly imported into your purchasing area, in your preferred format, this static catalogue gives you access to a defined range of products that guarantees the stability of the negotiated prices. The hosted catalogue is better suited to managing a limited list of products which often includes recurrent purchases.
