Changed your mind or ordered items in error? You can request a return provided the goods are in their original, unopened packaging and remain in a resaleable condition.
Non-returnable items:
- bespoke or custom-made products
- bulk or large quantity of the same items of goods
- goods that have been mixed with other items after their delivery
- unsealed goods that were originally sealed for health or hygiene reasons
Business customers:
If your return is approved:
- we’ll arrange collection of the returned goods
- a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our handling costs
Non-business customers:
You have a 14-day 'cooling off' period, from the day you receive your order—please contact us within this time if you'd like to request a return.

How to request a return
You can request a return online or contact our customer service team directly with the following details:
- your order number or reference
- confirmation that the goods are in original, resaleable condition
- number of parcels or pallets to be returned
- collection address and preferred dates/times
- name and telephone number of the person overseeing the collection
Received faulty or incorrect goods?
If an item you’ve received is faulty, damaged or not as described, please request a return online or contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You’ll need to provide:
- your order number or reference
- a description of the issue
- photographic evidence where possible
We’ll review your request and, where appropriate:
- offer a replacement, repair or full refund
- arrange collection of the goods at no cost to you
