We are receiving orders placed online as normal. However, our supply chain and orders lead times processes are still impacted at this time, resulting in longer than usual delivery times.

We are receiving online requests for quotations as normal. However, our processing times are still heavily impacted at this time, and as a result response times are longer than usual.

We are receiving emails normally. However, at this time, there may be a delay in us processing them.

For Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as PayPal and iDeal, information is not stored in our systems and therefore could not have been exposed. Purchasing cards, (P-Card and Amex P-card), have currently been disabled while we await further information.

You may cancel your order, and we will refund you. Please be aware that it may take us longer than normal to process your request.

Our IT team, together with cyber security experts are working hard to restore and rebuild our systems. Our activities gradually restarted with strengthened security and surveillance in place. This gradual service resumption is being carried out with the support and validation of security experts with new processes/solutions in place, as well as dedicated 24/7 monitoring.

We have reported the attack to the CNIL (the relevant authority who notify all other European bodies), AMF (French Stock Exchange) and the police. As an additional precaution, we also reported the attack to the ICO ( Information Commissioners Office), the local authority in the UK.

As you know, security in general and your security in particular are our main priority. Our IT team together with cyber experts are working hard to restore and rebuild our systems. Punchout is currently operational with no identified impact from the cyber attack. There is no identified impact on applications, operating systems or networks.

Despite the extremely complex nature of these attacks, our experts have established a list of affected data that has been made available to the concerned stakeholders. At this stage we are not able to confirm that the list is completely exhaustive.

There are many malicious ways that the data could be used, but our experts have identified two main risks:

  • Use of your mailbox for phishing
  • Use of the identity of your company and a contact for fraudulent commercial activity

We suffered from a complex attack. We had to go through in-depth investigations to discover the data breach and this is a complicated element to identify, which we didn’t know until now. As soon as our experts confirmed the breach, we immediately communicated with all our stakeholders.
