Description
The Opti-Seal range includes an integrated magnetic sealing head offering an incredible 5mm heavy duty seal.
- Automatic impulse sealing, with a seal bar for greater rigidity.
- Integrated sealing magnet.
- Separate, electronically adjustable sealing and cooling time. No tape necessary!
- Opening of sealing bar controlled by gas spring, and locking in place electromagnetically.
- Integrated sealing wire stretching unit, for greater seal width consistency, and safety cutting knife.
- Seals polythene 20-250 micron per layer.
- Seals polypropylene 20-200 micron per layer of film or bag.
- Seals PVC 20-100 micron per layer.
- Recommended for up to 800 seals for 8 hour day.
- Simple to operate, these sealers are able to seal polythene, polypropylene and PVC film.
