Tough powder-coated aluminium extruded body and seal bar.
The sealing bar is gas-sprung and locks electromagnetically.
Separate electronic adjustment of sealing and cooling cycle times.
Sealing wire tensioning unit keeps the seal width consistent.
Manual or foot pedal sealing head control.
Manual integral safety cutter removes excess film from the sealed edge.
Seal width 5mm.
Typical output is 200-400 seals per shift.
