The drawers have a locking mechanism, which prevents more than one drawer opening at once. A further safety-interlocking device prevents any drawer opening while in transit, even if unlocked. 125mm diameter rubber tyre castors, 2 fixed and 2 with swivel and brake control, for extra manoeuvrability.
